Good experience with the service, housewine. We took just carpacio and some selection of salami and cheese. Good atmosphere, we liked it. Count with 2€ service charge per person. It's almost everywhere. Same like if you pay by card, you may get extra to cover card fees. Cash is a king😊.

I definitely recommend sitting outside if the weather permits! We dined here on a Friday night when groups of people were bustling along the path next to and it was nice to enjoy the food and people watch at the same time. The church across the path provides some historic beauty if you’re into that. We were offered a glass of champagne as we waited for a seat and quickly attended to once seated. You must try the Florentine steak if nothing else! The soup we ordered was very thick and was not what we were expecting, but it was delicious nonetheless.

This was a good meal. Everything was perfectly flavorful and no problems. Felt a bit touristic and service seemed a bit disinterested. Not thrilled and not upset.

We came here for a late lunch on a Thursday and were all really impressed by both the service and the quality of the food.We ordered the Florentine Steak and the Gnocchi, along with the house wine. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the Pesto sauce the Gnocchi came with was also great. Even the house wine tasted good. To top off the meal we got dessert, both the Tiramisu and the Cheese Cake tasted fantastic, especially the chocolate sauce. The waiter even offered us a complimentary glass of Limoncello which was a nice touch.

My wife and I visited at 3pm on a Thursday and got the last seat on the patio. The patio was small and the tables were very close together. The service was friendly and prompt. We were looking for a snack to hold-us-over until dinner. We ordered the cheese plate and the house white wine. The wine was great and the cheese plate was amazing! There were 5 different types of cheese all with very distinct flavors. Our favorites were the brie and blue cheese gorganzola. The plate was the best we've tried Italy so far, which is surprising given the modest appearance of the restaurant. The portion was large so we ordered a couple more glasses of wine, did I mention they were only 3 euros... we left the place feeling pretty good. It was a great experience that I'd highly recommend.

THEEE best pizza I had in Florence, hands down!!! This pizza was definitely worth the wait and lived up to every inch of hype!! This pizza was more similar to what we eat in the States, being that there was tomato sauce included. I'd def give it another visit if I'm ever touring in the area.

Good food good price but was cold because there was no heating on

Even if the place is at a very popular, touristic square of Florence, I highly recommend for those who want to have a taste of the real Italian hospitality and real Italian cuisine. The place is full every time but worth it to wait, and meanwhile you also get a good glass of Prosecco so you don’t even realise the time passing. We often go there so we have tried different kind of food and wine and the quality is always very high without exaggerated bills.

Tucked away in a small corner of Florence is this quaint little restaurant. The owner takes great pride in the locally sourced food. Pasta was delicious and the welcome was warm. Reasonably priced at €45 for two with starter main and beer.

The worst dining experience I’ve had, especially for the price. The bread made sawdust seem moist. Seriously, you can buy far better bread at the supermarket. When we told them we were paying with credit card they added VAT to our bill (12 euros on 136 bill). They did mention the 2 euro per person cover charge in the menu at least. However, they taxed us on everything including that cover charge. The Florentine steak was the only good dish, I hate to admit it but it was delicious. Don’t worry though, there are plenty of great florentine steaks in Florence. The appetizers and first courses were all too salty. I can’t believe they have 4.3 stars when they are so dishonest and can’t even give decent bread.

Our last meal in Venice and they made a delicious bone-in Rib Eye steak. Fresh tomato and burrata salad was fresh and beers were served cold. Nice spot near a busy tourist street, great for people watching

We dined here in mid October at the suggestion of our daughter and husband. We couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation. It’s on a side street but worth seeking out. Great tastes and exemplary attention to the diners needs.

I can't rave about this place enough. The service is superb and so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The ambiance is perfect—lively but not loud or chaotic. And the food is absolutely SUPERB. I got the paccheri with squid and tomatoes—oh my God, too good to handle. And the best part of all: it's extremely affordable! Most primi or secondi plates are 8-13€ max, and the quality is still outstanding.

Lovely little spot for some dinner. Lasagne was one of the nicest I've ever had and the house wine was very nice too. Not badly priced at all. Ate here a few times during our trip and would definitely return.

Loved loved loved this Osteria! We stumbled upon this Osteria while strolling around Florence. We tried their house white wine, the antipasto del gusto (which had an assortment of appetizers), pappardelle with wild boar and talgiatelle with octopus and olives. We ended the night with a slice of apple cake with chantilly cream. Delicious dinner !!

I had pici with wild boar, it was quite good though a little salty and the sauce wasn't really creamy like it si in good pastas. All in all good service and quality matched the price more or less.

Great food, speedy service even when a bit crowded and accesible prices. Everything needed to enjoy a nice Sunday lunch in the less “touristy” side of Florence. The outdoor seating makes for nice people watching which I enjoy a lot. Lovely house white wine. Saluti!

Delicious food, beautiful generous and kind service, felt like a family business, handed complimentary glass of champagne by the owner as we had to wait a few minutes for the table. Can’t wait to visit again when we come back to Florence.

Meal was wonderful. Suggest bottle of house wine for 12 Euro or Liter for 13 Euro. Our dishes were both fantastic. A top 3 lasagna for myself personally.

This was our second trip to Florence,and we had to go back to eat here. We've eaten everywhere, and this is hands down the BEST. The food is amazing(gotta have the cheese plate and house wine) and the Lasagna,or meatballs and potatoes can't be beat. Backed up by the nicest servers and owner in the city.

Disgusting pasta with truffles

Quite bland food, unfortunately. I found much cheaper restaurants with so much tastier food in Firenze.

Slow service (they were not very busy), and the food was bad. Pasta itself was good, but tomato sauce was overly sweet and without depth; it tasted like the awful sauce in Spaghetti-O's. Bland vegetarian salad, table bread was incredibly dry and flavorless, nearly inedible. Partner got paté appetizer and it smelled terrible, a big heaping serving of gamey mush. The whole meal was large servings of bland, completely "meh" (or downright bad) food. If we could go back in time and not waste a vacation meal here, we would.

Great food and service

Ordered medium, got rare and chewy meat. The air condition was nonexistent, even the the waitress (who were pleasantly nice) looked exhausted from the heat.

Nice small restaurant, food and service above average and reasonable prices. Location is also very good.

Never had tried paccheri pasta with cacio pepe.. just so good! And then, the lasagna.. one of the best I've ever tasted... Recommended!
